Installation Diagrams & Accessories

 Z Purlin Installation (Overlapping Continuous Span)

Instructions:

1. Fix first Z purlin to the beam using hex-head self-drilling screws.
2. Overlap second purlin by 10–20% of span length.
3. Align holes and secure with bolts or stitching screws.
4. Check levels before laying roofing sheets.

C Purlin Installation (Single Span)

Instructions:

1. Place C purlins across beams at designated spacings
   (typically 900mm – 1200mm).
2. Fasten to beams with suitable cleats or brackets.
3. Anchor Colorbond® or Zincalume® sheets directly onto purlins.
